Healing for the Body and Sole ~ Except for bare feet, a reflexology session is per formed with the client fully clothed. The Client lays on either a massage table or reflexology chair and a pillow is placed under the feet and , lower legs. Essential oils are applied to the forehead and feet at the beginning of the session to promote relaxation. A selection of crystals is presented for the client to use. Energy healing is also incorporated into each session. A typical session runs about an hour.
